Orders are typically processed within 3–7 business days. Processing time is separate from shipping time.

Some items are made to order or fulfilled by one of our production partners, so processing times may vary depending on the product. 

Shipping Time

Once your order has shipped, estimated delivery is generally 5–10 business days, depending on your location, carrier, and the item ordered.

Please understand that delivery times are estimates and may be affected by carrier delays, holidays, weather, or other circumstances outside of our control.

Tracking Information

When tracking information is available, it will be sent to the email address provided at checkout once your order ships. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to update.

Multiple Packages

If your order contains multiple products, your items may arrive in separate packages or on different days. You will not be charged additional shipping because items are shipped separately.

Shipping Address

Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address at checkout. Please double-check your information before submitting your order.

If you notice an error in your shipping address, contact us as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee that an address can be changed once an order has entered processing or has shipped.

Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

Once a package has been transferred to the shipping carrier, Beelieve In Relief is not responsible for carrier delays, lost packages, or stolen packages after delivery has been confirmed.

If your tracking information shows a delivery issue, please contact the shipping carrier first. We will be happy to assist with any information we have regarding your order.
